Cemac worked closely with RCG to complete this legal office fitout in 5 weeks prior to the Christmas break. The space was a bare shell on the first level of the ANZ building in the Pukeroa Oruawhata Holdings limited development 'Rotorua Central'.

Although this was a legal office the client was looking for an open plan environment with breakout spaces and meeting rooms for client interaction. Within the office space RCG have created an Avenue walkway wich is used for casual breakout and a place for staff to meet for informal meetings and functions. Heavy use of frameless glass gives the space a light and the high stud raking ceiling gives a real sense of volume.
