Nandos Botany

Nandos New Zealand are underway on a National roll out of new and refurbished restaurants. This project is in the newly completed ‘North West’ stage two Malls. Cemac worked closely with Designer Guy Richards and client Victor Milne of Nandos NZ to create a uniquely African themed restaurant. A myriad of different surface finishes, many used in pioneering ways, created the challenge of bringing together a team of ‘Artisan’ level contractors.

Handmade tiles and mosaics, hand finished rendered plaster and faceted planes of spruce beam ceiling structures were a few of the challenges overcome. Complete with full kitchen facility and new bathrooms, the finished project is testament to the team’s commitment to achieving the design brief and quality expectations. The project was completed on time within a 6 week program.
