Cemac Commercial Interiors is a trusted specialist within the New Zealand Construction environment. Since the early 1960’s Cemac Interior Design Teams has had a hands-on approach directly with clients and partnered with Architects, Designers and Project Managers to create innovative and lasting interior spaces. Spaces our clients enjoy.
As a collaborative of local businesses operating Nationally, Cemac have the ability to pool resources and combine our vast experience to ensure our projects are completed to the highest standard. Collective process’s and established systems guarantee compliance and consistency in our delivery.

We operate primarily as a main contractor and like to take responsibility for as much of a project as we can, we like to be in control of our own destiny.
Our team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors can take a project from initial cost budgeting and council requirements through to completion. We work closely with a select team of proven professional subcontractors to ensure we have only the best skillset on the team for each project.
ACCESS & COMPUTER FLOORING
data centre solutions
Cemac Auckland holds the New Zealand agency for the Tate range of Access Floor products. Tate in turn is owned by the Kingspan Group and is the largest supplier of access floors in the world.
Our experience with raised floors cannot be surpassed. Having been heavily involved in most of the major office building and data centre projects in New Zealand, we work closely with specialised engineers and can provide structural and seismic designs for all applications.
SHELVING AND STORAGE SYSTEMS
Dexion Supply Centre
Dexion Supply Centre is a one stop shop for everything shelving and storage and is a separate identity from Cemac Commercial Interiors.
Cemac Auckland Limited carries the agency for the Dexion and Precision range of products.
NANDO'S BOTANY
Avanti Finance
Cemac was contracted by Avanti Finance to project manage their new fitout at 73 Remuera Road. Cemac was responsible for the complete project, including council requirement, Fitout, Furniture and Shelving. Working closely with Sonja Hawkins, Avanti Finance designer and Manson Developments the building owner, Cemac facilitated all elements of the relocation through to the clients occupation.
The project noted success can be put down to a team approach, all parties had complete trust in the other team members , and could all focus on their own area of responsibility in confidence that the other facets were completely in hand.
The team work element was also reflected in the design, with Avanti Finance brief for a professional but friendly space. Large open plan work areas are complimented with private meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
The staff room, complete with pool table forms the hub of the general office and is used extensively during the day and for team functions. The management suites remain connected to the open plan layout, whilst also giving privacy and separate meeting and breakout zones
